Rental Period
For your convenience we offer a generous hire period of 2 nights (3 days) to allow plenty of time for setup and styling and tidying up. Please let us know if you want the items longer. Additional rates will apply on extended rental period
Payments,Calculations ,Reservations, and Other Information
Reservations are first come first serve. Your date and tea items are not reserved until the deposit is made.
A deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation and tea items.
By paying the deposit you agree to the terms and conditions of rental.
The remainder of balance is due 5 business days prior to party date.
Extension rental period calculation : For another 3 day rental 50% off (on total rental amount)
We accept payments by cash, e-transfer, credit card (plus 2.65% per transaction), debit card
We also need a copy or screenshot of the customers photo ID to put it in our file
Customer responsibility
Rental items remain the responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery / customer pick-up to the time of its return.
Notification of damage or missing items MUST be reported by calling 587-973-1235 .
The customer will not abuse , misuse or damage the rental items.
Customer shall not permit any repairs to be made without consent.
The customer is responsible for the safety and security of those using the rental items and has planned accordingly.
In the event of any accident or incident causing bodily injury or property damage , the customer agrees to accept full responsibility
and shall indemnify and hold Hello Party Rentals YYC harmless from any claims , actions or judgements.
The customer agrees to pay any legal costs incurred by Hello Party Rentals YYC in defending any such legal actions.
The customer agrees to provide a full written report on any accident or incident including the names and addresses of those involved and witnesses.
Cancellations and Refunds
30 days or more written notice : Full deposit refunded
15 – 30 days written notice : 50% of the deposit refunded
7-14 days written notice : 25% of the deposit refunded
Less than 7 days notice : no refund available
Delivery
Every qoute is based on pick up and drop off from our location at Skyview ranch northeast.
Yes we deliver and also pick up items in Calgary city limit 1 way starts at $45.
Outside city limit starts at $2.75 /km. when requesting a qoute if you would want delivery included, kindly let us know.
Washing and Cleaning
We prefer to handwash our china ourselves to preserve the delicate designs and gilding and also to ensure they are perfectly clean for our next customer to enjoy.
However after your event we simply ask all dinnerware, silverware, glassware,. etc must be completely scraped and rinse food free , repacked in the same containers and packaging and returned in the same manner as it was delivered. All candle holders must be returned free of wax. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
Damages, Loss , Broken & missing items, rental returns and deposit policy
Security and refundable deposit fee must be paid before the delivery or pick up. We refund the deposit 2 days after we cleared the returned items.
Rental items must be returned in the same manner and conditions as they were provided.
Chipped glassware or china will be charge as broken.
If the replacement amount exceeds the security deposit, the customer will be liable to pay the additional charges.
In case of broken items and Loss,prices will be determined based on same or similar items found online.
All rental items must be ready for pick-up at scheduled times and placed into their original storage containers. if you dont have someone in-site at the time of pick-up, you agree to accept Hello Party Rentals YYC counts at the time of pick-up.
It is common to have missing equipment at an event due to the number of people handling the rental items. including your guests, caterer, site personnel, cleaning crews and other people working in the event.for your own satisfaction , it is best for you to count-in the equipment with our driver at pick-up so that you can verify any missing equipment at that time.
Liability
Hello Party Rentals YYC accepts no responsibility for any damage,illness or injury caused by the use of any rented items and packaging.
Items are rented at the customers own risk.
