How long is the rental period?
All items are rented based on a 3-day period. Should you require items for longer, please contact us for more information.
Is there a minimum order required?
There is no minimum order requirement however if you want the items to be delivered a minimum of $250 rental order (excluding the delivery fee) is required
How many guests can you accomodate?
Parties with up to 30 guests can typically be accommodated. however we might be able to accommodate greater party group depending on the exact rental requirements of your event. please contact us for more information.
Is delivery available?
Every qoute is based on pick up and drop off from our location at Skyview ranch northeast. Yes we deliver and also pick up items in Calgary city limit 1 way starts at $45. outside city limit starts at $2.75 /km. when requesting a qoute if you would want delivery included, kindly let us know.
Can I choose certain colours and styles?
Yes you can, our vintage collections mostly are unique.as a result we may not be able to capture all of them in our photos.if there is an item that you are interested in that you see in our photos. please let us know, when contacting us you can also tell us about the specific colours or theme for your event and we will be happy to help and coordinate.
Do I need to wash the dishes?
No you dont have to, however after your event we simply ask that you rinse it before repackaging it into our provided containers please make sure that all the items are free from food.
How do I book my reservation?
To book items for your event please call us @ 587 973 1235 or email us hellopartyrentalsyyc@gmail.com ones the order is confirmed we will send you a qoute with all the list for all the items to be rented and we need a 50% deposit based on a total rental order to guarantee your reservation and the 50% balance is due on 5 days before the event .The rentals officially begins when the items was delivered or pick up and respectively ends when client returns the items delivered or was pick up.
Unused items will not be refunded.official prices are listed on our website and on our social media.
what method of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer, debit and credit card payment.
